About a year and a half ago some lads that street Dave hung out with whilst he lived in Louisville for a year came over and did 'some filming for a video they were putting together called Inside these tapes, heres the Europe section... its pretty much all Leeds and has some of the lads in it.

"Over the last year or so i've had a lot of people ask "what is Savakas", "What does Savakas mean" and so on.
Savakas started as a blog, and progressed into a fully established clothing brand. Savakas revolves around a collective of people who ride, skate, design, write, and illustrate.
There was never a goal, or purpose, or point, other than to steer clear of all that is dodgy in bmx and life in general.
It was never BMX specific, it was interest specific.
We make clothes for people who aren’t dicks. Although, dicks are welcome to purchase our products, we are skint, just don't wear it in public."
